Yves de Keranguat brings a lifetime of maritime expertise shaped by deep family traditions and decades spent navigating, racing, and managing yachts worldwide. Raised between classic wooden boats and early GRP sailing pioneers, he developed a profound understanding of seamanship from an early age. His career spans offshore racing, yacht deliveries, charter management, and new-build supervision, giving him a rare, comprehensive insight into both yachts and their owners’ expectations.
As a lawyer admitted to the Bars of Paris and Malta, and a former maritime pilot, I provide efficient, high-quality assistance across all aspects of vessel registration, corporate structuring, and crew management. As Partner and Head of Shipping at Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates, I oversee all Malta-related matters, including litigation. I also act as Deputy Registrar for Palau and SKAN, Qualified Intermediary for the Marshall Islands, and handle registrations for Cook Islands, Cayman, SVG, BVI, San Marino, and others.
