The charter market runs on a small group of specialists: charter brokers who source guests, central agents who represent the yacht, central-listing platforms (Central Yacht Agent, YachtFolio, Charter Index, Nausys) and associations such as CYBA and MYBA that set professional standards. As your central agent, our role is to promote your yacht to brokers, keep the booking calendar current, and act as the trusted liaison — and clearing house — between owner, broker and guest.
We respond to every enquiry promptly and professionally, prepare charter agreements and capture guest preferences, manage a real-time booking calendar, represent your yacht at charter shows and coach crew, and provide legal supervision throughout — all under a single, transparent central-agency fee (APA excluded).
A one-time entry fee covers market launch — placement with the central-listing platforms, marketing, brochure preparation and photo/video coordination. A banking & escrow fee and an annual platform subscription also apply; current rates for every module are set out in our Management Solutions · 2026 brochure.
