This Privacy Policy explains how Odyssea Yachting SAS (“Odyssea”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit the Odyssea Ownership & Management website and contact us about yacht ownership, management or brokerage. We handle your data responsibly and in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data-protection law.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry through one of our forms — the general contact form, a Horizon or Latitude partnership enquiry, a Private Access Circle invitation request, a “sell your yacht” or yacht-management enquiry — or otherwise correspond with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number (with country code), company, and the nature of your enquiry (for example, buying, selling, chartering or managing a yacht). Depending on the form, we may also collect details about the yacht (type, new or pre-owned, configuration, cruising areas), your project and preferences, your preferred way and time to be contacted, your interest in our partnership or membership programmes, and anything you choose to include in your message. Where you upload photographs of a yacht you wish to sell, those images are sent to our brokerage team.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our Owner Briefings, we collect your name, email address and language preference.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers automatically receive limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and the pages you view. This keeps the website secure and working correctly.

• to respond to your enquiries and arrange the ownership, management, brokerage and partnership services you ask about, including valuations, proposals and private consultations;

Sharing your information & our service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and where required by law. These include:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare Pages), bot and abuse protection (the Turnstile check on our forms) and delivery of enquiry emails;
• Monday.com — our customer-relationship system, where enquiries and subscriptions are securely recorded so our team can follow up;
• Mailchimp — management and delivery of our Owner Briefings, where you have subscribed;
• Weglot — on-the-fly translation of the website;
• Vimeo — embedded video.

Enquiries you submit are delivered to the relevant Odyssea team — ownership@, management@ or info@odysseayachting.com — so we can respond to you.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above — to handle your enquiry or agreement, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and, for newsletter subscribers, until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
