Through a dedicated ownership company, you hold direct exposure to the yacht as an asset. Odyssea then operates it under a single, full management agreement — turnkey from acquisition through to the day you decide to sell.

Latitude bundles Odyssea's management modules into one agreement. Each can also be taken à la carte — but within Latitude they work as a single, coordinated programme, at preferential owner rates (for example, a 2% central-agency fee versus 5% standard), with crew and accounting included.
Latitude or Horizon?
Two structured routes to a managed yacht. Latitude is ownership-led — you hold the asset directly. Horizon is investment-led — a structured, income-focused charter programme. Both are fully managed by Odyssea and both include the Private Access Circle.
