Odyssea places captains, mates, engineers, chefs and interior crew across the Caribbean and beyond — both within our own managed and charter fleet and, as a crew agency, aboard yachts outside it. Tell us about yourself and attach your CV; our management team reviews every application.

Tick every certificate you hold, and give its expiry date. STCW covers the basic-training modules — Personal Survival, Fire Fighting, Elementary First Aid and PSSR — so tick STCW rather than listing those below.

Most recent first. We check these against your references, so dates matter more than polish. Gaps are fine — just say why in the message box.
